Easy seated pose. Because that's what I need right now. Today is Friday and I've been home sick since MONDAY AFTERNOON. Not sure what nasty bug I caught,but man, it's been a rough week. Sometimes you need to just sit. I've also been doing a little more pranayama lately. Particularly, Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing.
