I am beyond excited about this workshop.
In preparation, I've decided to get back to Ashtanga this month, supplemented with my teaching and some yin yoga in the evening. I love this practice...this should be fun.
Ashtanga is most certainly not for everyone. It can be quite intimidating. If you want to know more about this style of yoga, head here.
