An entire led primary practice at Purple Valley in Goa, India...sped up into two minutes.
Since Andrew and I started doing yoga together on the weekends, I haven't been regularly taking a full day off. I can't remember the last day I went without doing yoga, teaching yoga, doing barre, or tabata. My body is in need of a break. Taking tomorrow (Sunday) completely off.
However, I did make considerable progress in pincha mayurasana, forearm stand, this week. I don't need the wall anymore! (That doesn't mean it's not nearby...haha)
Cleaned out my spices and my oils/vinegars -- was MUCH needed. Feel all refreshed and ready to go now.
Trader Joe's Cocoa Batons. $1.99 a canister and they make the best little dessert.
Read two books this week! It's definitely winter reading season.
The Past by Tessa Hadley. Holy mackerel, CREEPY British children alert! I won't spoil anything, but I was very disappointed with the ending. Started off great and then....yeah.
Then I sped through a short one, Paul Kalanithi's When Breath Becomes Air. Wow. Loved, loved, loved this book.
New designs from Charley Harper + Smartwool! I want these.
