This year I want to report out every week, according to different areas: listening, watching, moving, reading, consuming, doing, and discovering.
I'm going to be completely honest and say that we discovered Next Food Network Star on Netflix and have watched one season and some. I'm not proud.
Tabata. Working on moving as quickly as possible. Burpees are becoming less miserable.
Homemade roasted red pepper and tomato soup. I've finally started making this myself instead of buying it from Trader Joe's. So easy, so much cheaper, and tastes so much better. DUH. I haven't used any recipes, just went freestyle--super easy. Tons of good canned diced tomatoes (I use Muir Glen fire roasted), crushed tomatoes or passata, onion, garlic, handful of shredded carrots, a jar of roasted red peppers, veg broth. Basil, oregano, etc.
Spectacles by Sue Perkins. Hilarious as expected.
Cleaned out my junk desk drawer at work...found several pieces of cutlery, a half-eaten bag of black licorice, a Dr. Seuss bath toy (!?), and my labelmaker.
