I have two audiobooks going right now: both nonfiction: A Curious Mind by Brian Grazer and Bonk by Mary Roach. The first is okay, I mainly checked it out on Overdrive because I'm curious (ha, see what I dd there?) to hear behind the scenes stories from Hollywood. The second is the selection for one of my book clubs this month. It's pretty funny, but also getting a little tiresome.
Completed the first of my last three teacher trainings this weekend. This past weekend was ayurveda education with Dr. Scott Blossom of Berkeley, CA. I loved it! I have been putting off the ayurveda training for awhile (one because none of the weekends worked with my schedule), but also because it's not my favorite part of yoga. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was grounded and I learned a ton.
Only two more left! Next month I have weekend trainings in both restorative yoga and yoga for seniors. Bring it on!
March Madness! I enjoyed the IU vs. UK game on Saturday. Also while in Asheville, Lis and I realized that she had never seen Somm. So we watched that as well. I love it so! Andrew and I recently watched the sequel too. I just can't get enough of those crazy people talking about wine.
Getting back on the tabata wagon this week. Ugh
Anything and everything. Asheville's the worst/best.
Semi-related, I came home last night to find the back patio complete with new farmhouse table and benches. Andrew has spent he past couple weekends making this! It looks great...we cannot wait to host salon out there when the weather gets warm!
I just started Ready Player One by Ernest Cline. I am enjoying it so far, but not sure it's all that good...
I literally lol'd when I saw this shirt. I am so tempted to buy it.
