How are you this week?
April and March have been a little crazy, but there is an end in sight. Only one more day of book fair, then a weekend without much to do, sun, and highs in the upper 70s. However, this time next week I'll be back in Asheville for my last training, so the respite will be brief.
I've listening to myself and clinging to the things that keep me sane. I got home from work the other day and decided to just go all in: I took the dogs to the park, sat down with a new cookbook, put on a podcast, and did some cooking.
Yoga classes this week were awesome, both for myself and teaching. It's been awhile since I gushed about YogaGlo. I love it so much. These are the classes I did this week for my 5am practices:
Wake Up and Smell the Yoga with Kathryn Budig
Lord of the Dance -- Natarajasana with Noah Maze
Twisting Refresh with Kathryn Budig
Feels like 2nd with Jodi Blumstein
