Completed my penultimate (I love using that word) teacher training for the 500 hr at Asheville Yoga Center! It was restorative yoga and the prop game was INTENSE as you can see above. I thought my 200hr TT at Orbis was prop heavy, but this was insane! So fun.
Only one more to go! I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm excited too because it's Yoga for Seniors, including a certification in chair yoga and many other conditions. Much needed!
Halfheartedly watched basketball while in Asheville. Still not engaged in television...I did go see 10 Cloverfield Lane awhile back...it was full of jumpscares.
Not much...three days of restorative yoga teacher training was just what I needed. Felt like a rock star during the little bit that I practiced today. #handstandsfordays
Theo Dark Chocolate Coconut Bites. Holy crap, these are good.
OH. And if you didn't already see on Snapchat, the Wal-Mart in Corydon now carries kombucha?!?!?! WHAA!!?!?!?!??! I can't decide if this amazing or awful... #expensivehabit
Mink River by Brian Doyle. So odd and I am really loving it!
These myofascial release balls in varying sizes. I bought them at AYC and have been loving them. My set came with a teeny tiny black one that is perfect for hands and feet!
