Art at the Old Capitol was so great -- what a fabulous event to look forward to every year here in Corydon.
I feel kind of like I've made it to the end of marathon...as I said back at the beginning of March, it was a very busy few months.
New Tegan and Sara! Love them!
Last week's report it was all the things in three different European countries. This week it's all the things with an amazing group of family and friends in celebration of Art at the Old Capitol.
I taught two classes on the bandstand downtown-- so fun! We might have to make this happen again...that is a PERFECT space for outdoor yoga.
More like what I haven't watched yet..I've been saving OITNB for after the weekend frenzy. Watched a couple episodes last night...already so good. It's officially summer when I start binging OITNB.
Now that we're fully in summer mode and I have the days mostly off, I've started a new morning walking routine with Reuben. Being back in both Norway and Scotland reminded me how much we walked there. Every single day was spent walking for hours to get places while listening to podcasts. I loved it and miss it! So far Reuben is the one having a tough time adjusting...lazy dog, but he needs the exercise desperately!
More La Croix than I thought humanly possible. Favorite flavor right is the Cherry Limon Curate variation. All day, every day.
Still bumbling through Eligible. Now that we're through all the major events, reading starts NOW.
For something short and thoughtful online, I found this terrifying, but good.
Indiana + Yoga magazine! I so honored to be contacted by Indy Yogi about this fabulous new publication. This is a free magazine, which I have plenty of at the studio...come grab one!
