August is my least favorite month. I hate the extreme heat, things are always chaotic with the beginning of school, it's hot, we are all waiting for the euphoria of fall...oh, and did I mention it's HOT!?
At least this year we have the Olympics to see us through some of it.
We finished Stranger Things. I loved the ending and will look forward to season two.
Despite the controversy, I'm up for watching all the Olympics. So nice to have something almost every night.
After hearing it recommended on multiple podcasts, I can't get enough of Lizzo and her song, "Good as Hell."
I started my 100 Day Project and am still going strong. Very doable and fun.
Follow along on Instagram. I might have a separate post weekly for my selections on here too...stay tuned.
I had a blast teaching a packed house for a Saturday pop-up yesterday, focuses on upper body strength. Everyone was so strong---handstand and crow pushups are not easy!
I'm not sure I'll ever be able to thank Kayla enough for turning me onto Yasso Greek Yogurt "ice cream" pops in Mint Chocolate Chip. Insanely good. Bless Costco.
Yeah, duh. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Of course I enjoyed it because it's HP, but sorry, I can't help but think it's ultimately a cash grab. Nowhere plot, predictable, bad dialogue, and unoriginal.
New Yorker's new instagram account....just for cartoons! Perfection.
