Last weekend Andrew was in an outdoor wedding on a horse farm and the weather was perfection. We are in the middle of a busy stretch of weekends with lots of family events, weddings, and trips. Meanwhile, classes have been so much fun at the studio -- the students are amazing and we are having a blast. Thank you all so much!
Speaking of yoga, there is now power yoga up at the Y in Corydon, taught by 502 alumnae. I've been loving having a class like this within a five minute drive. I also resubscribed to Christina Sell's online class library. I learn so much and there is no better teacher if you're looking to improve technique.
I'm loving this song:
I'm determined to make time for reading again. I have been a horrible slacker this year. The baby is no excuse at all...because I'm home and he naps so often, I have way more time to read than I did before. I'm just not doing it! I started this yesterday and I am enjoying it. It'll be the perfect fast read to get me back in the groove.
We are watching Planet Earth II and I can barely take it. Emotional rollercoaster for sure. However, while the camera work is insanity, it's not nearly as good as the original or Human Planet.
This piece by Charles Blow is so good. I still find it hard to believe we have a racist, incoherent old man as our president whose main objective is to get rich and erase Obama's legacy.
Time to get my day started...Andrew has the next five days off and then on Wednesday I'm Asheville bound! I'm already compiling a list of foods I have to eat, things I want to buy, and yoga classes I want to try to get to...HA!
