This week was full of great yoga. I finally feel like practicing (have had to force myself to get on the mat at all for the past three months) and have my strength back. Last time, I was far too cautious when it came to yoga and working out in general and I suffered for it. I'm hoping to stay a little bit more active this pregnancy.
Also, we had so many new students at YOR this week! Thank you to all and welcome to our community! It was a fun week at the studio.
I'm hoping to get some pop-up classes and workshops on the schedule soon. Anybody out there want something in particular? Inversions? Restorative? Vinyasa with music? Let me know!
