Haven’t posted in a couple weeks — bah.
Fall is marching right into winter and here is a list of things I’ve been loving lately:
WHAT?! I can’t even believe it, but I am doing a “long” run once a week to try and work up to my diy half marathon on 12/31 and it’s going….great?! Still shocked and highly doubt that it will continue as I cross over into the 6+ mile distance, but hey, it’s working now and I’m enjoying it.
The Haunting of Hill House and Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat on Netflix.
These two shows are both fantastic and complement each other perfectly. One is full of smiles and delicious food, the other is TERRIFYING.
The Indian Creek Trail here in Corydon.
The project is about to finished and I can’t talk about it enough — so beautiful and I feel so lucky to have it within a five minute walk of the house.
The Dream podcast series by Stitcher and the Little Everywhere network
This is a long form investigative series that dives deep into the world of MLMs or multi-level marketing schemes/direct sales companies. So far it is fascinating and similar style to things like Serial, This American Life, etc.
This oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe from King Arthur.
Okay, that’s all I got for now because that baby is yelling for me.
Have a great fall week all!
