March. Finally. I've never been more ready for spring. I actually excited about buying plants and getting outside in the garden?! WHAT!? Who am I!?
This was a busy week that honestly, I'm really glad is over. Ha -- ready to mellow out for a bit. We're back on the birthday train: today is Andrew's birthday -- it's so fun that from now on we get a little early Spring run of birthdays with his and Simon's so close together. We've had a very nice bday weekend full of shopping, thai food, campaign volunteering, and relaxing. Andrew has started running and do I dare say that I'm thinking about getting back into it once baby #2 arrives?!?! I enjoyed it so much when we were in Edinburgh, but pretty sure the weather was a major factor there.
The same as every year, my reading pace has slowed down now that the cold, long, dark days of January are behind us. However, I am about to finish An American Marriage and still liking it a lot. Lots to discuss though...glad Kayla read it recently.
This post has been all over the place and I've got to jump off -- lots of food in the fridge I need to prep before it goes over and one more birthday dinner to eat tonight at Mom's. I hope everyone has a great week!
