I have to admit that this pregnancy may have finally caught me...exhausted by 3:00pm every day this week. I know that it will slow down, but right now, things seem to be moving fast with only fifteen weeks left. Let's hope it stays that way...
Posting the photos above after I made the sad realization that we have barely taken any photos of ourselves with Simon the past year. Of course we have a million of him alone, but not with us! I have resolved to try and remedy this asap.
It was so wonderful to meet the Norwegian musicians visiting Corydon this past week via the Arts Midwest Concert Series. Mom's opening dinner was superb as per usual. And who would have thought Joanna Gaines' Target line would be so perfect for the tables?! HA!
Andrew and I went to their final concert last night and it was fabulous! I especially loved the bassist, Mattis Kleppen, found here on Spotify.
I'm a little overwhelmed with reading options as I start a new book tonight. I went to a friend's house for brunch yesterday which was also major book giveaway. I left with a very heavy bag to add to my TBR pile and this morning I received, not one, but two emails notifying me of ebook holds at LFPL! I will finish Stephanie Wittels Wachs' memoir, Everything Is Horrible and and Wonderful tonight, which I've really enjoyed. If you are a fan of Parks & Recreation, I highly recommend it. Because I'm still alternating between fiction and nonfiction, it's a novel next. Thinking this one...
Lots has been happening lately, I'm sure I have more to report, but honestly, I'm just too tired to keep writing. HA!
See you next week -- happy Spring!
